1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an excursion with Cana Excursion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time without notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Reservations: All excursion bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reservation for any reason we deem necessary.
2.2 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made through PayPal or Stripe, and all prices are in US Dollars.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled excursion date will receive a full refund. Partial refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled excursion. The partial refund is 70% of the total booking cost.
3.2 Cancellation by Cana Excursion: We reserve the right to cancel or modify excursions due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangements will be offered.
4. Health and Safety
4.1 Physical Condition: Customers must disclose any medical conditions, disabilities, or other factors that may affect their ability to participate in the excursion.
4.2 Safety Guidelines: Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Cana Excursion and the excursion guide during the excursion.
5. Liability and Waiver
Participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with some excursions. Cana Excursion shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or expenses incurred during the excursion.
6. Privacy Policy
By providing personal information for booking purposes, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
7. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify excursion itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to provide equivalent alternatives.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dominican Republic.
